Unfortunate quality just got recoil until now for father's day. right out of the box the suddenly blade knife would not open all the way to the locking position. the ride hard loaded pliers are a a handsome concept but the third time i pressed the trigger, it popped off the handle. this pulled down quality is unlike gerber. if i hadn't known it was purchased directly from the company, i would trow it was a cheap knock off. i bequest exchange it for another with reassurance that it was just a bad batch. bottom line, great concept but the typewriting is poor. i recommend looking for a polymorphous product.
