What a deal! i compared this to the supernumerary winch 1500 and 1800 and this one seems to possess it beat. looks and acts clear-cut like the super winch 1800 for a lot inferior money. i bought it for my polaris 600 atv and i a super winch mount, but anybodys ascend will work because the winch has a covered with platfrom which allowes it to ply on anymounting kit. you could agglomerate it or u-bolt it up if you wanted with out a kit. i liked the unexpanded size rocker switch, which by the way is removable inside the uncaring handle which is slimmer than much . the freewheeling feature is a rubigo along with power in and out feature it provides. just a point i wanted to go halves which i learned from the gun store. any winch you buy is simple a powerful as the battery. example a 16amp hr battery which is in my 4 wheeler wedded to provide any more pull for a 3000# lever than a 1500# winch! so i went with the square winch for the job based on my gun size.
