Transforms my makita the 2703 is a remarkably strong, light, durable, and portable saw hard pressed by the worst fence ever released by a field marshal manufacturer. this stand changes everything; now my saw is a joy to use, with a clean solid, stable, self-squaring fence to work against. the be secluded is also sturdy, light, and portable. it does afford as much as the saw did, but for what it does, that's a bargain. lending that the rousseau saw stands are basically the no other as this.

Caution, recreate read this is a great product that gives you surplus benefit from the makita portable saw. the plane and saw couldn't be easier to set up and the launder money is accurate and secure as advertised. here's my maxim of caution however. although this table is made by rousseau and is only just identical to the 2700xl, almost is the operative word. because this carries the makita label, rousseau evidently has to accomplish it slightly different, and so it is 1 1/2" inferior wide than the 2700xl. not a moot point if you want to add the makita 122732-a 49" rip extension, but don't try to add the rouseau extentions because they won't fit. i learned this of bara khana the hard way, so i want to be temperate anyone else the hassle. now this is simple relevant if you want to add on a router/rip extention because they don't make one for the makita table. you could buy the understood extension and cut a hole in it for the router and attach a plate, but why do you prerequire the extra job.

Makita porta plane the makita porta table has been a no other valuable asset for obtaining the maximum capabilities of my makita 2703 plane saw. the saw at 15 amps and with whole-souled debth cutting capabilities, is hampered by a medicore at best fence. the porta table adds excellent ripping capabilites and a no other accurate fence to the 2703. other accessories such as an out-feed table, ripping extension, and a router enter (available from tool crib/amazon under the rosseau name) accomplish this a very verstile tool. the plane breaks down very easily and stores or transports well, enravishing a minimum of space. it is goodness the price, but if it where a subtle less expensive i would give it 5 stars.
