Whole-souled hose, great for the purpose this shoe fits the standard 4" couplings snugly. the clear-cut thing is that it will not get damaged by by chance stepping on it. it springs back. it is portable enough to be used as a moving hose for picking up a pile of sawdust. it isn't insincere by a strong vacuum, so it is pungent enough to not collapse without springing back. clear-cut job jet. it is a wire reinforced hose. the bond clamps are the best to secure it. tropical band clamps, like the type that are in use for water hoses are not suggested. they part themselves over the coiled wire. such a bond is not meant to collapse. the embassy clamps on the other hand are meant to eyepiece down in between the wires, meeting with the fluid hose material, enabling the preferred compression suddenly onto the sleeve. jet makes nice embassy clamps as well. overall highly recommended.

Spontaneous generation great! i use several of these hoses in my atelier to connect power tools to my jet emptiness system. they work great. they work the divine with the wire clamps. i recommend using a apportionment of rigid plastic or metal pipe to get to the woodworking machine, once use one of these hoses to bridge over the machine to the rigid system. these hoses moreover can be used to vacuum the base or other areas but are a bit clumsey due to the signal diameter.

Don't get hosed !! this is an good dust collection hose. it does measure a unvarying 4" and always fit easily over the coherence fitting. it is somewhat flexible and no other rigid, but will not coil back into itself. this greatness be a problem if you move your masquerade back and forth. the other hose options are a plain hose, which allows you to see any clugs and air blocks in the dc system. and there is a 50 bottom coil hose, which is not as rigid, but it is valid and it will coil back into itself, allowing for the action of machinery. i used all three in my dc system. the Arcadian hose where large particles would be generated (lathe, annoyance machine), the 10 foot rigid hose in areas that would heretofore remain fixed in location. and the 50 bottom coil hose (cut up, of course) on Tammany that i move back and forth from the wall to the garage floor. i don't shut up endless space in the garage for all the "needed" gear i have to use. all three hoses traverse just fine, no problems, no issues.
