Graceful to transport, a little cumbersome to bare i use this ladder primarily for cleanness my gutters and it is a valid platform. when folded, it easily fits in the egg of my car, but it is a subtle bit of a hassle to release the locks. i possess never tried the little giant ladder and it may in correctitude be easier to unfold, but it is in addition much more expensive. unfortunately, this ladder is too summary for me to reach all of my windows and gutters without climbing on the roof. i am hence going to get a 28' ladder for provisional projects and use the articulated ladder for in addition common ones since it is much easier to first move and set-up than the 28 footer.

The canker-worm my husband has been a home inspecting officer for over 25 years and owns a music of werner fiberglass stepladders. respecting and trusting in the name, typical years ago he purchased the multi-purpose articulated ladder. he was much disappointed when he found out that, to undisguised and close it, each lock must be exempt individually to go through one motion, until the perron is fully extended. it is so ridiculous to open and close that it is homoiousian to wrestling an alligator. as a result, the steps has not been used, and has a dust collector. the comparable ladder, called "the contemptible giant" by wing enterprises, inc., is far superior. he uses "the subtle giant" on a daily basis.

Compact, strong, versitile, a contemptible heavy being a new homeowner i was looking for a multipurpose perron that would last years, and do a difference of jobs around the house and garden. this perron fit the bill quite well. the locking hinges perceive very sturdy, and are also easy to operate. storage and transporting the ladder is simple since it folds so compactly. it's a bit heavy, but that's the goodness you pay for a 16' metal perron than can safely hold 300 pounds. if you don't desire that much height or strength, the shorter and/or lighter-weight rated ladders are easier to carry.
