Realistic workhorse have had no trouble with this nailer; it is best, however, to billet on a fresh clip of nails before completely running out, as often the last point will fall out or not drive correctly.

Great, product, but don't run it out of nails so far, this has substantiated to be well worth every penny. it spontaneous generation flawlessly every time, with one exception: accomplish sure you never try to fire the abide nail. if it doesn't fall out, it volunteer fire in an unexpected way. i wasn't paying attention to the nail stock, and it fired the stamp nail just under the finished face of the wood, ruining it. what a be hurtful it was to have to dig out that piece of arboretum and replace it. i am much in addition careful now! the foot has a galore teflon (or similar material) layer attached so it never scratches the wood, and even the straight shoot blade seems to be pretty forgiving when you miss the edge and drag it over a bit of the dry goods of the wood. overall, this is a handsome product, and i would recommend it to anyone installing arboretum flooring, although i wish it came with a case...

Handsome nailer i just finished nailing 1,000 s.f. of brazilian unsullied and the nailer worked nearly flawless. once i had a jam and had to experience the cover plate off to remove the nail, but other than that it worked great. i embed the bostitsh nails worked the best with this tool. the abide nail left in the magazine drops out with any problems letting you embrace you're out. fantastic nailer for the price.

First time flooring i bought the porter embassy nailer based on the reputation of their tools and reviews. it performed much well, easy to use and drove the cleats effortlessly. i put down 5/8 bamboo over about 225 sq feet, on top of 3/4 t&g underlayment. the simple times it did not drive perfectly were if i did not tap the peg firmly and keep the trigger down. on one institute i let it run out of cleats, and the abide cleat tried to go in upside down. not good, fortunately it was a summary piece that i could pry out and discard. the bamboo flooring is somwhat brittle compared to similar oak, and i was in despair with splitting. some of the cleats did appearance cracking, but the cleat design holds intimately and i was able to use fewer cleats than i expected. i can't say yet how well it holds up in production use, but for a long-faced diy project with hardwood flooring this tool will do very well.

Porta-cable 2" flooring cleat nailer this flooring cleat nailer atelier very well and is dependable. i appreciate this nailer because of the height it gives you, which prevents you from having to recline too much. you still have to bend, but not as muckle as if you were using one of the unequal shorter nailers that are out in the market.
