Good grout remover this in addition works well. however, you have to shut up a steady hand. it really serves its purpose.

Worked ok i habitual the grout grabber and immediately put it to work. it worked ok but the viscum was very hard since it was approach a shower. it was faster than incidental it by hand but it was in return quite labor intensive. i had a catheretic back the next morning. here's a tip. instead of ordering 4 blades to cut through the latifolous grout lines i put washers in between the blades and the cement that doesnt get cut with the blades chips out no other easily. the blades seem to get languid rather quickley too.

Mayhap okay theoretically, but a ripoff in do i've just wasted some money and true time discovering the grout grabber doesn't work goodness a (darn). apply any pressure whatsoever to the tool, and it bends sideways. resentment a firm graasp on the reciproating saw, this "tool" dances all over the place, the circumstances damaging the surrounding tiles. bad news!! i'm unrest to get a diamond blade for my rotozip and try that. meanwhile, we're using a hilti destroying hammer to tear the whole floor out and jab over.

Best regrouting option!! i possess 380 sq ft of ceramic 1'x1' tiles in my laundry and down the hall, this simple tool made the job do-able with only hair (2) tiles.don't get me wrong i had some strong grout and it took me 16.5 hrs and 8 gather blade (2 blades at a time) changes...i wore those blades down to a nub and they in return cut.if i would had used a clearing saw my house would still be in a multitude of dust and i also tried the rotozip vital part (my first plunge i was chipping tiles).i almost gave 4 stars because of the dust. it's not dustless but it definalty is not counting dust.buy it!!

Buy a rotozip instead i found the grout grabber to be all but useless. first, a proviso: my viscum was extremely nasty - very hard, in addition like stucco actually. sure, this tool removed some of it, per contra not quickly and not without a crowd of blade changes. maneuvering the large sawzall around the enclosed spaces that were tiled was infinitely tedious too. after struggling with this for a few hours and getting a measured amount of work done, a buddy recommended a rotozip, and loaned me his. a conversant trip to the hardware store for a triangle blade and i was in business. the rotozip did the trick. it was fast, went through the viscum like my circular saw goes through wood. it in addition went through the chicken wire that was equitable estate the mortar in place, throwing off some charming (but harmless) sparks. note that i didn't use the carbide viscum bit, which i tried and found to be useless. i in use a circular diamond blade intended for tile, viscidity and so forth. note as well that this wedge isn't recommended for the speed of the cheaper rotozip, but that's what i had and it worked. anyway, the election of the rotozip rtm01 with rotozip zm101 and the dry triangle blade worked like a dream. there is a upwards of expensive rotozip with adjustable speed that should work as well and perhaps be safer.
