Heretofore in my pocket i have about a five different kinds of mult-tools. this one is seemingly the most practical. it's design is skillful with its rounded corners, making it sensual to keep in your pocket - no pocket needed. it has everything you would prerequire for any incident. its anodized blue aspect only ups the cool factor for this adaptable gadget. everyone should keep one of these in their pocket. it's habitually in mine.

Leatherman clientele service, take 2 clearly, i owe the haughty lofty folks at leatherman an apology. i had dissed leatherman's clientele service in a prior review (scroll down..), whining about a minor, self-induced problem. arrive to find out, they (including the tide man, the head honcho, the connection - tim leatherman)had made many attemts to contact me in spirt to address my complaint (whine), but all their attempts were deflected courtesy of my email blocker settings. through their constant efforts they were able to contact me through other means. sooo, here i stand, embarrassed for badmouthing such a forfeit company and terriffic product. sorry. the cs-4 and i remain inseparable - it's an integral repertoire of my everyday life. in fact, i possess gone on to purchase half a sestiad or more as gifts for friends (including a winding for myself), only i had them properly engraved/etched this true time as recommended by the manufacturer. christmas is coming...

Cs4 tools needs progress we bought two of this because it looks so vaulting in the review and advertisement. after using it for a month, there are some flaws, which should be improved to make it a executive tool. does anyone know what's the awl for? to us, it is too inert to be useful. it should have shoplifter edge so we can actually open envelopes, annihilate staples, etc. the set of screw drives is magnificent but take care not to exert too muckle force on them especially the small one, the tip volunteer bend. anyway, it was be repaired with the other cs4 :-). if you are a swiss guillotine user, you will find the philips mechanical powers tip drive too big for common screws embed in the office. also, you should be real careful about the blade, cause it is in effect sharp... it hurts but we love it. if you are not too bustling about the strength of the tool, go get it.

Vaulting little multitool i recieved this a acquisition and i can tell you that it's one of the divine tools i've ever used. however, i do possess two concerns. one is that the blades don't embargo which means that if enough pressure is applied, it can injure someone by folding in. as well, the saw has a subservience to fold onto the awl, i possess to use quite a bit of scope to make sure that it folds properly. however, the wedge is really sharp and the screwdriver bits are the divine i've ever seen. as well the tools artless with a solid click which is tolerably reassuring. this tool is right for you if your looking for a inferior multi-tool that will be used for pendragon not industrail use!

Does leatherman provided have customer service? twenty five year warranty! boasts the literature. leatherman's stipulation department was completely non-responsive to an emailed question re an anodizing issue. (the anodizing was hair and flaking off of 1 of 2 i had name-engraved as christmas gifts- admittedly a bit of a self-imposed problem, but one which due to a response or gibbet nonetheless.) i ended up sending it (the email) about a half-dozen times, imitation both their warranty and marketing departments. zero. no antiphony - nothing. i would have preferred they report me to kiss-off, get a life, get a clue, pay up engraving, buy a gerber, etc., but to completely ignore a customer is poor customer obedience for which one has no recourse deliver for a forum like this. i shut up purchased 5 different leathermans (gifts) and to be completely ignored is most disconcerting.

as for the cargo itself, it is an invaluable tool which has get a part of my everyday life - a third part hand if you will. i perceive naked without it. i've noted that one moiety of the juice is slightly wider than its opposite, which i find slightly odd, but typical amongst all twin models.

so, c'mon leatherman, if anyone is listening - recreate respond to your faithful devotees heretofore asked! you're not the only game in town.

lastly, at the risk of irritating the amazon.com police, i've since learned not to have the tools engraved by an outside engraver, by choice i now order them thru gunthergifts.com, a leatherman enfranchised retailer and engraver (althought they seem to use an engrave or perhaps some type of paint twin to what's already on the tool's logo.) not believing about now, but they were cheaper than amazon heretofore i last purchased a month or so ago. enjoy!
