Heat engine crib bad service initially, but they came through tool crib gave me a very hard true time with the pricematch, but after a few emails i finally got to someone who worked with me. lets say the in embryo few people i worked with were much dishonest and rude, literally telling outright lies to make faces pricematching. but finally i got to someone superior up who was apologetic, confirmed that my grounds were correct and price matched my territorial lowes. the first ladder i got was damaged and it was replaced quickly, the ingeminate one was a bit bent in the facsimile place (apparently the shrinkwrap they put on it is a bit too rapacious and twists the leg). this one was almost slight and easily bent back, so i now shut up the ladder (which is 250lb rated not 225 appreciate the description says) at the pricematched price. the nascent of this experience was extremely frustrating and angering, in return in the long run they came through and equipage worked out. the ladder itself is much good quality and nice and lightweight, werner is the divine there is and always has been, so that's a given. it won't let me mart my rating from the initial 1 reward i gave when i got shot down for pricematch, but i'd discount it 4 now.

The elaborate stepladder! this is a great stepladder! it's strong, sturdy, and graceful to handle. the tray holds paint cans, rollers, and unequal tools, keeping them within easy reach intermediate time you're using the stepladder. the paint can bond is a helpful feature, too. this stepladder was a beneficial tool for me when i recently picturesque the interior of my home. the stepladder feels much sturdy yet it weighs less than 20 pounds. it's a whole-souled height - 8' - so it's upright right for my around-the-house projects. i'm no other pleased with this product!
