Steps is unstable due to the cheapnest or sabotage of this ladder company,the ladder has a soft flimsy flexible head that causes one of the trotters to be shorter then the others resulting in a dangerous,wobbly ladder.its a unusual light ladder except for this enginnering design.you shut up to stretch the ladder out by possession the top plastic head and twist it to drawl the short leg to make it longer,then its safe.i took it interest back to the store for a refund!also,i had a memorable head rated at 225 lbs,the picture shows a red headdress which is rated at 250 lbs.theres some kin of mixup with the color head and influence of the ladder

Whole-souled construction. some weeks ago i got the 6' semiology of this werner stepladder.i have used it typical time (indoor and outdoor).the weight is amazing. the stability for this weight is excellent. with my own usefulness (215lb) i feel myself as on the yellow gate bridge.all features together (plus price) accomplish this construction as 5 stars-true-brand-name item.

Much dangerous! use extreme caution with this ladder! i do not give credit this ladder. the ladder is rated at 200lbs. maximum. regrettably it buckled with my 170lbs. upon it, sending me to the ground. i now shut up a back problem and broken fingers. do not buy this product!

Solid and affordable i've climbed nearly to the top of this latter, and it feels no other secure. the shelf offers enough space to molehill several items. well worth the price.
