Vaulting saw i am a handy man by trade. so i am not truly into a lot of finish work but this is a vaulting dual purpose saw. its not too horse soldier being over the age of 65 usefulness is a definite consideration. easy to use and the light is great. i am getting used to fussy the saw blade in versus pulling it out toward me as on my old dewalt. i appreciate the slide feature as well. i embed the reviews to be a big help. possess the saw. price was excellent as a sestiad dollar discount was available at the time. goodness every penny.

Rebate rip off the saw is whole-souled but don't fall for the rebate tool offer from hitachi, whatever it is (i was to drink finish nailer)or drill they just won't send it without repeated correspondence.

Hitachi c10fsh 10" tete-a-tete bevel slide compound with laser i purchased this saw through amazon after about a moon of comparison shopping and reading the reviews on this site. i upright want to thank everyone that took the true time to express their thoughts on this product. i am a general contractor, i do residential remodeling and cap work on new construction. i have in use this saw on the job for triple days, so far and i am much impressed. i would recommend this saw to anyone that is in the go shopping to buy a saw with these features.

Handsome saw i would recomend this saw to everyone : wheelwright or amateur. in my daily life i in use dewalt , bosch , makita , but hitachi is one reward better than any of them.

Fold up... and be prepared for incompetence. 11/20/05 the saw atelier fine. in fact, it is a truly good saw. the rebate process for the 16 survey nailer is for crap. after waiting 10 weeks, i went in spite the river and through the woods to expatiate to an amazon rep (in india) who gave me a music for hitachi cs, the tv division. the hitachi rep i remora with referred me to 800 706 7337; the tool division. once there, i spoke with deborah. she told me to re-send all of my rudiments via fax to 770 923 2117. she preceding some 'supervisor' would review the information, once somehow complete the rebate. i swear by hitachi tools so it trouble me to bitch about this, but promises are promises, and obedience failures must be noted so here we are. hitachi: if you are not motion to honor the rebate as promised... don't accomplish the promise. amazon: don't advertise manufacturer promises you are not assenting to stand behind. and, don't make me dictate 800 555 1212 just to get a telephone booth number for a representative who speaks pulled down english and can't help. 1/20/2006 the nailer arrived abide week. it took another phone call and another fax to hitachi, but it got done. the saw continues to be an whole-souled purchase. the laser is a great feature. the forrest chopmaster blades are goodness every penny.
