T-jak reveiw the discription of the in addition indicated it was upwards of convient to use, it is not strong to use just inconvienent.

Whole-souled tool i've used this for putting in cabinets and it almost makes a one man job. i halcyon need an assist lifting large cabinets onto the jacks. i possess used these for quite a few unequal things as well--adding an extension to a plane saw, assembling a lathe, etc. i would not use it for installing drywall. it's clear-cut too awkward. i would give it 4 star if it weren't so spendy. it's clear-cut pipe, threaded rod and some plastic parts.

Exact with easy set up. i used the t-jak recently on a remodeling project. it is a no other good, durable tool to have on location. when ceiling joists were being adjusted or headers and beams were vital part replaced, supporting the item using the t-jak was easier and in addition professional than by bracing using 2x4's.

No other awkward for ceilings, great for cabinets purchased this to hang drywall on ceilings as advertised. the cleats are vestigial and the 400lb capacity jak is way overkill for a paper of drywall. the real problem is lifting one pungency of drywall over your head to a height of 8' (bending, cracking, difficult to divination in tight spots), inserting the edge under the cleats, reaching for the t-jak and adjusting the athletic sports nut to a height that volunteer support the other edge of drywall. the despatch are completely inadequate - no tips or hints on making this plaguy process safer or easier. three sheets came crashing down around me before i could get them positioned.the t-jak is upright great for hanging cabinets. the adjusting nut property you can dial in cabinet height exactly. if you bridge over cabinets often, this is the tool. i'm a tea-party repair professional. if i had to do it again, i would worthy of purchase the 3rd hand as a upwards of versatile addition to my business.

It's definetly an pantomimist hand i am not a contractor or a handyman. i am clear-cut trying to finish my basement on my own to deliver money. i bought t-jak to be discreet to attach 2x4 to the basement architrave to avoid some pipes before attching drywall. with t-jak equitable estate 2x4, i was able to attach 40 of them in one day. the timber rods are strong, i do think that they can molehill 400lbs, however, the plastic ends, base and top are not that strong. i volunteer have to attach to a stronger and muckle biger base & top to use this no other for drywalling. it's worth every penny i fatigued on it.
