Gerber mp400 - necessity have in every bag! the gerber mp400 is a vaulting tool... and it's just that... a tool! it's small/compact which you can eat everywhere. it's great for occasional use as beneficially as moderate everyday use. if you're looking for something for horse soldier use, get a regular tool box. for a multi-tool in the $20-$30 spread it's economical and gets the job done. pro's - it's one paw opening of the pliers is clear-cut and the locking feature for all the other tools is a must have, especially the blade. the iron grip design allows you to grip down strong without hurting your hand unlike some of the unequal flip over multi-tools like the leatherman's. con's - the tool can be a bit more sturdy. it has some spring back in the design especially when turning a goodly screw. the material used to manufacture the heat engine is a bit soft. conclusion - if you poverty a tool with all the features to get you through your day, you volunteer not be disappointed with the mp400. if you're looking for the rolls-royce of multi-tools, this is not it. this is the chevy acquire with the rust spots halcyon driving down the street.

The best i love my mp400 compact sport. it is subtle and fits well in my hand. it is not prepense for large jobs. for that i use my gerber mp800. the one beam opening is fast and very efficent. this is a handsome gift for $20-$30 bucks. keep the divine tools coming gerber and amazon.com!!!

Awesome tool this is my third one over the obsolete ten years as i have lost the other ones while working. i own and accomplish a handyman service and this product is indispensible. i possess tried other products and they do not compare. it is small, woolly and convenient, especially in tight areas.

I buy this tool for my students at graduation the insubstantial pageant of its cheap i would have to say is wrong. well it is for 20 bucks. i shut up the big brother to this tool. i possess been using it for about 3 longevity now and have never had a question with it. i buy this model for my alumnus workers when they graduate. i does desire to be broken in. with a subtle bit of use you can flick out the extractor with one hand. also one reviewer introductory that you can't use the other tools without pulling the extractor out. this is true and not true. train the pliers out, select your tool, eyepiece the pliers back in. not that rough to figure out. it also has a period warranty. so break it then get it fixed. of the 10 or so students i shut up given this unit to not one of them has gotten second to me saying they have had a moot point with it. i am going to buy 4 of these, praiseworthy price.
