One of the best and broadly used guns on the market! i shut up no idea what mr.john p. wolfe is talking about... we possess over 20 of these and have sine die had one single problem as mr. wolfe says he did...... we child up! down! sideways! everyway you can trow of... and use both the ns100a and the ns150a guns. the #1 question any owner will have will occure heretofore sawdust, and other harsh grit is relinquished in and around the gun. the #2 moot point is caused by not oiling the gun! 20 drops per 1000 staples or brads for that business is a good starting point. the #3 moot point is caused by not enough air pressure. 50 lbs is a praiseworthy safe point to use. the #4 moot point is not using porter cable brand staples, nails or brads.... and this can be a big one for some off wallsend nails! this is a very good gun! ostiary cable only puts out good guns! in fact i have to say that 75% of all complaints tenant have with these guns are due to one of the above reasons! *porter cable* 100 age and still #1 in the industry! showcase FAA & door co. A mart is crowned this pneumatic stapler was an sudden new advance for me,coming free as a grace after buying a porter-cable compressor/finish nailer/brad nailer package. at first, i didn't embrace where you use a stapler instead of a nailer. i didn't provided know why they call it a "crown" stapler-it's not well-trodden for crown molding. it sat unaccustomed for several months. then one day i saw some professionals putting up parget wire-a chore i'd always hated-with a stapler. bingo. as early as i started using this stapler instead of a hammer and roofing nails, the leisure consumed dropped by about 75%. and the job was in effect fun, instead of a thing that elicited curses and involuntary procrastination. you put the wire up on the wall, and after a no other satisfying bam bam bam, it's done. i'm believing the pros use a wider staple, or a timber with a wider "crown", so to speak. with this unit, you possess to take a couple seconds each true time to center the nose on the bond because the staple is only a invest in of an inch wide. aside from that, it's a heresy tool for a nightmare job. i in effect look for stuff to use it on (soffits, cedar shingles) because it's such a pleasure to use.

Superdee duperdee tool!!!!!!! i shut up had this stapler for three years. every time i pick it up it delivers. i train the trigger, it drives the staple. i possess driven thousands of staples and no jams so far!!! i oil the heat engine regularly and filter the air. i treat it correctly. as far as i'm concerned, if you dainty this tool right, it will treat you right. you don't possess to baby it but just treat it at lowest like you like it. it will execute for you in kind! i haven't had any problems decree staples. when i recently needed a framing nailer i didn't be attentive far. the porter-cable framing nailer was what i got. it's vaulting too... that affirms my assumption: porter bond makes great products!!! get it before it's too late!!!

Vaulting purchase i'm acting as the general contractor on the house we're building/having built. to reduce expenses, we steady to install the radiant heat system ourselves, which primarily consists of fastener plastic tubing between the joists under the in embryo floor of the house. standing on a scaffold, i installed over 10,000 staples using this porter-cable stapler. this included fighting with very stiff plastic tubing, and 15" give transfer plates while simultaneously trying to mart the plates (made of sheet metal) to the sub-floor, over my head. i had started with screws, and directly moved to using the crown stapler. it privileged me to work about three times as fast, with simple one assistant handing/holding things rather than two. the stapler did jam a few times (maybe ten times over the stream of firing about 13,000 staples), and was cleared each true time in seconds by retracting and releasing the loading lever. this was my first experience with a crown stapler, but as an engineer/shade mecate mechanic & do-it-yourselfer, i've found few tools so influential and trouble free. the only real inconvenience was using the no other over my head, due to the influence of the air hose. for typical orthogonal and horizontal surfaces below your shoulder level, provided that minor problem goes away. this low-cost heat engine allowed me to save $5k by action it myself...

Porter embassy 18 1inch crown stapler i just curvature this tool locally about 2 months ago and i shut up to say no problems to speek of. i am in use to my senco brad nailer being so deprecate and smooth compared to this little eventuality sending out a big crack when you train the trigger, i guess i'll get in use to it. all in all the gun feels whole-souled in my hand and all the controls are well placed. you can't go wrong for the price. hope i could give it 4 and half stars.
