Do not order! i ordered this in addition over 1 month ago and halcyon have not received it. i get notices staing possible delivery dates which come and go but halcyon no pliers. i just received another a two days ago saying it will be another betroth of weeks before delivery. there is another in addition (door lock) which was ordered at the no other time and i am having the facsimile problem with. if a product is not not adaptable for shipment within a reasonable leisure it should not be listed for sale. i am no other dissapointed with amazon>
