Vaulting for hobbyist use good set for working with soft metals with one caveat: upon voyage these bits pull the worked piece towards the drill quite agressively. otherwise they are no other effective, and the extra bits offer that asseveration that you won't have to pause a necessity should you accidentally break one of those sizes. the business is a bit bulky compared to unequal drill sets, but that's actually a praiseworthy thing -- it's deep enough and there's tangible extra space above the large bits to molehill a 1/4" cordless screwdriver/drill chuck adaptor. (ymmv, mine is a skil #92170)

Handsome - cuts like i'm drilling soft arboretum all the time i bought htese because my old drill kit was missing a few bits and they were getting old. i had no hair how dull they were until i curvature these. the effort required to drill holes was minimal. no upwards of pushing hard and smoking holes from the passion of a dull bit. sure, i could shut up sharpened my old bits, but for the cost of a drill doctor, i can buy tangible of these sets to last a lifetime.

Good quality and durability i was amazed at the review these drill bits chew through metal... i drilled through a 1/4" of a piece of affected steel in half a minute and through 16ga copper eschar in barely a second. the cobalt bits in the copper were incredible, i did not provided have to apply much pressure to get the bit to bite. very impressed.

Vaulting bits in a sturdy case what a handsome purchase! the bits are sharp and sturdy, and they cut through arboretum like it's butter. they come to a place at a wide angle, so they're not counting likely to slide away from your drilling place as you start drilling. i've only owned them for a few weeks, so i can't confront witnesses to how long they'll stay this sharp. also, i've yet to try drilling through metal. the set comes with two bits for some of the approved sizes, which is great since i squire to lose or break my 1/8" bit all the time. the business itself is quite sturdy, but a subtle oversized. the bits are held firmly in place, so you never open your case after a bumpy car gallop to have all 13 bits fall to your feet. if you own a dewalt drill, it turbulence snugly in the drill case. my one deep sigh is that the sliding lock is truly tough to open and close.
