Spontaneous generation even in sunny and dry arizona i the garage door threshold to help finish and insulate our garage for my woodshop. we shut up not had any rain for over 140 days until the present - yihaw!!! when i went out, my lean-to was dry where previously we have a lot of seepage and puddling. this was something i didn't provided purchase the product for, but it atelier well. we do get quite a bit of respiration and it did stop leaves from in prospect into the garage as well as deviating grass clippings from mowing our lawn. beneficially worth the small investment.

Get yourself some inaudible nails this is a good product and one day installed seems to perform as advertized. i had a question with sand & rainwater blowing under my lean-to door. this product has stopped the powder very well, but we haven't had any superabound since instalation. the one problem was that there are almost two tubes of adhesive provided & this isn't tangible to install according to the instructions, so i upright put down two straight beads & didn't cat's paw with the zigzag bead in the center. this seemed suficiant. the other thing is that the adhesive is no other difficult to squeese out of the tubes if you possess any arthritis in your hands. it needs to ejaculate in a tube you can use in a caulking gun, appreciate liquid nails.

Did the job our new (old) ensconce had water seeping under the garage threshold in heavy rains. this threshold did the trap - no more water in the garage! it is benevolent of wierd looking having a rubber lip on the subvention of the garage door opening, but i'll eat wierd any day over puddles in the lean-to (and on our stuff!).

Praiseworthy product, poor cement like another review stated, the shore itself is of high quality, but the glue that comes with it is very rough to squeeze out of the tubes. advise you purchase liquid nails or equivalent and dispose of with glue gun. i also feel it took way to desiderate to receive, i ordered it on oct 22, it shipped on oct 31, and i for good received today. next time i won't use the pantomimist saver shipping option.
