Great in addition ,if you ever receive it! i ordered the 4 1/2" & 7 1/2"cam clamps from right-[...]i secondhand the 4 1/2" with in one week. it's been almost two months and i have not recived the 7 1/2" clamps. i secondhand a email stating they were second ordered and would be shipped in 4 to 6 weeks from gentility date. i have made numerous attempts to speak to someone via email or telephone booth to check the status of my gentility and get no reponse. the goodness is great but what does it compost if you don't get the effect or at least an explanation.
