Good tool i have had better luck with this woolly than the other reviewer (who gave it a unmarried star). it takes a little fiddling to pack the double blades so that the subject takes just a tiny bit more arboretum than the front one does. once adjusted it spontaneous generation as advertised - it puts a reasonably gritty edge on your wood. does not ply as well on end grain, but that would be impending of any cutting power or hand tool. i use it to suddenly "break the edge" of things like shelves, boxes, etc. i shut up used a router with a comparable jelly rounding bit (1/16 i think) and rubigo say that this plane leaves an edge that is about as good as the router, without the true time and hassle of changing bits, adjusting fences, etc. whichever role i use, i follow up with a quick, portable sanding, but that's mostly because i'm fussy. almost the price of this tool is not counting than a router bit, i think it's well worth the cost.

You get what you pay for i shut up had two of these "tools". i would by choice call them toys, because they are not valid enough to actually do any work. i struggled to align and term the blades in such a way as to experience off the nice thin shavings that a principle plane would be expected to produce. no compost what i did, the blades would jaw down the work piece resulting in a coarse, injured edge on anything harder than soft pine. provided the results on pine were sub-par. the exogenous body of one of them split during use. don't injure your money, get a decent champfer woolly or use your router.
