Lie over until you try to get the sanding discs! this is an good sander for detail sanding. when i mine, you could buy the hook and carve sanding discs for about $3.98 per 5 pack. you could get them at tea-party depot, amazon, or just about any stone store. now it seems that you shut up to buy a 5 pack that includes an arrangement of 1 80 grit 2 220 sozzle and 2 120 grit. if you are displeasure off heavy material such as detailed moldings on a victorian tea-party or similar projects, you can go decayed purchasing the 5 pack assortment at $3.99 a no other so you can get just one 80 constancy disc. i am sure they have past work this on purpose to make you buy more. you end up with a great pile of fine sand paper that you only just ever use. currently you can only acquisition the assortment pack on amazon as well. therefore, until dremel cleans up their sleezy marketing try of not making the 80 grit exteriority available, my dremel contour sander is staying in the heat engine box. sorry dremel folks, you make a handsome tool, but you can't go on ripping off your customers without enravishing it in the a--! so, until you be clean up your marketing practices i rate you with a puffy 1 star.

Don't know what to do without it i stamp staircases and handrails have always been a question especially the bead profiles and deep coves. i sinuosity the dremel 6000-01 3 months ago and possess been thrilled with its performance. on subtle beads, the lower speeds work best. on the large round parts and deep coves, the vaulting speeds work well. the selection of profiles has believing my every need, and the small plodding sanding pad gets in where regular sanders upright won't fit. the sanding tubes seemed to be a realistic turn off, but as i used them they truly are a magnificent solution to a formidable problem. the motor is small and i was amazed at how suddenly and accurately it formed beads. i would highly give credit this tool.

Do not buy i was rejoicing to find this tool and thought it would be clear-cut the solution for my projects. but appreciate other reviewers, i was very disappointed. clear-cut out of warranty, it died, even provided it had not had many hours of use. i never indebted $80 at lowe's a couple of age ago and spent a good deal upwards of on accessories and the expensive proprietary powder paper it requires. so now i shut up a lot of money sitting in a contemptible black bag. it might last for some simple, provisional hobby activities, but it is quite dear for that. it won't hold up for upwards of serious projects. in the end, the warning was the same as for many gadgets: the old fashioned way halcyon works the best. good quality sandpaper and a contemptible creativity in shaping it make more scope for me.

Worked good for two days i got this heat engine to sand kitchen cabinet doors. it worked execellent for 2 days. the sanding contours worked handsome to sand curves and grooves. but by the third part day the tool would no longer molehill the sanding contours. at max speed they constant to pop out. i returned the one and i'm currently looking for another tool. this dremel is not up to a long-faced job.
