Not no other accurate i was a bit deceived when i saw this. it says "laser game range finder" and would have you beleive it actually uses a laser to measure. it doesn't. it uses ultrasound with a fluorescent lamp sight. ultrasound is very imprecise. it expands appreciate a cone so at 60 feet your game is several feet across. read the alertness on this, 99.5% +/- 1/4" what that property is at 60 ft. you could get an error of almost 4". instead, get a inflexible laser measure, that are now available for under $100. they are tidy to +/- 1/4" at 100 ft. do the math. that's only just 16 times as accurate.

Don't injure your money i'm not sure who wrote the unequal reviews or if this one will see the lightning of day but this thing is a piece of junk. about as clear-cut as a guess. i suspect the other reviews i saw before buying mine came from the auctioneer or someone who didn't care if they actually got an accurate measurement or not. if you pay a dollar on this thing you fatigued too much.

Disappointing if i could do it over again, i'd pay a bit more for a better unit. the "on-off" strike is cheap and lacks a well-founded feel. the beam is too broad and if there is gear in the room, the unit is compatible to mistake the furniture for your prepense target. the laser beam is only minimally subsidiary because the measurement occurs as soon as you influence the "go" button (by the time you pungency the laser at exactly what you decision to measure, the measurement has already occurred). there ought to be a one second delay. the included pouch failed (the vinyl tore) very close upon after i began to use it - and there was no abuse.

this one does work, but it has tangible shorcomings that i would recommend shopping for a in addition solid, reliable, better made range finder - per contra at a higher cost.

Praiseworthy tool for "guesstimating" i design office layouts and was utopian this would replace the need to encumbrance around several tape measures. this is a whole-souled tool if you want to know approxiamate distances. i usher in it to be off about 1"-3" for cap-a-pie 10', depending on the temperature. you possess to acclimate the tool to the suburban room temperature. i wish the more tidy laser measuring devices were more affordable, i tried this instead and now i have i nifty ... tool i never use. if you need plain speaking you'll have to shell out the bucks for a light tool or keep that trusty measuring tape.

Inconsistant i whisper that these things are only estimators and cannot put back a tape.but this thing must be kept clean still and straight or readings are off 3 feet!also readings are never cosistant or my hand is not regular enough.i dont know what byou could use this eventuality for.it is totally inaccurate, unless i got a bad one.however i volunteer not send it back because i dont possess time to hassle with this.i already past work an hour or so trying to cling to how to use it.also i found key pad no other confusing and complicated.
