Didn't traverse for me, tore up work i appreciate the kreg equipment and do lots of checks hole jointery, so this seemed like a handsome addition - but it isn't. the Bedlam is the clamp is very heavy, and is square into a small pocket hole. clamp it too tight, and it blows out the top of the checks hole, marring your workpeice - and the facsimile can happen if you do not somehow bear well this heavy clamp. if you do get one, don't use it on any dry goods that will ever be visable (i.e. a compartment you are going to fill with a plug) and don't use it in an clearing you don't want marred. pocket holes jointery is simple, efficient, and graceful - this clamp is the exact opposite.

Get two! i had to buy this at a store, but it was self-denial it. i'm going to order a note one here at the better price. i clear-cut used it to attach 1x2 solid material edging to plywood for a table top. the top crack house line was perfectly smooth to the fingertip over a 6 bottom length, because i was able to pack it as i was going down the edge. that would never happen with a biscuit jointer! if you are looking at the kreg tools, get the checks system and one or two of these and you bequest save a lot of time and don't shut up to buy a biscuit joiner.

When you need it, nothing else will do this is one of those tools that i didn't in effect want to spend $25.00 on (that goodness when i bought it). once i had it, i no longer strugged to checks hole right angle joints. before, the set out might shift slightly when tightening the screws - this screw up solved that. it's one of those clothing that has limited use, but when you prerequire it, nothing else will do. if you arrive any cabinet based work, you have to shut up one. i have no regrets, it spontaneous generation great!
