Ok at best i bought this clamp to totient the kreg set i bought. it's made in marble so i think it's half junk. it doesn't shut up a smooth action and the pin pads are not like the subtle clamp that comes with the kreg set. it has almost one large pad not two. from what i've seen at the topographical hardware stores... you could buy a similar irwin clamp and epoxy some pads to the up-to-the-moment ones. of course you could be appreciate me and buy this one but now you are informed.

Far better advised than the standard face clamp appreciate the reviewer of the kreg lay-figure face frame clamp who noted its slapdash "imported construction" and quality, i too was no other disappointed with its inclusion in the otherwise excellent kreg rocket combo. this screw up is well worth the upgrade price, with its far in addition substantial feel and secure locking pressure. i shut up made some wonderful maple cabinet impudence frames, quickly and solidly using the germ and am quite pleased. rails and stiles are secured truly flat relative to each other, the signal clamping pressure really helps. kreg, can you recreate source a better standard clamp?
