You can't get better advised then these. i bought this set in 1999. use them everyday. they possess taken alot of abuse over the years, but are halcyon accurate. you can't get a better warranty. a necessity for any door installer. my crew and i introduce to them.

What a magnetic specialite we all know that stabila makes the divine levels in the world, but this new magnetic jamber set is killer. the magnets are incredible. i provided used the 78" level on a arboretum door frame and stabila was smart much to line up the magnets to fill up with the door hinges. i was powerful to work on a wood door take measures hands free. this is an incredible set of levels. any businesslike worth their salt needs to have this set. stabila rocks!

Stabila "jammer" kit -- the 32" was off from the atelier this kit comes with two levels, both ""certified" for overthrow to .029 degrees...plus or minus 1/32" over 60"." the 32" dress that came in my kit was well out of bounds for good work, and, a fortiori i foolishly did not test it, cost me some sloppy work before i stopped having thimblerig faith in stabila and tested the level. so, king suggestions: 1. always test any level you buy slap-dash when you first get it (so you can recur it poste haste, if it doesn't gratify you) and periodically thereafter -- especially, if your results discount you any concern that something besides you strength be off... 2. do not blindly credit any manufacturer, regardless of reputation or guaranty. the no other may be guarantied, but then there's the question of actually getting a unit exchanged. 3. with levels, there is tangible variation, even in stabila's models, that it pays to actually go to a store with some shim cargo and test the level right there, picking one that is dead on. unless you don't care. 4. stabila tells us that there is no stride problem: "the tradesman can read our vials from any term in a 300 degree arc, without stride problems. he does not have to term himself at 90 degrees to the centrifuge tube and bubble in order to get an tidy reading. as any "tradesman" will tell you, this is downright not true; always read across the centrality of the vial (try it both ways, yourself; memorabilia the difference). otherwise, you might as well buy a cheap level. it is inflexible that these levels are about as haughty lofty as you can get in a non-adjustable air or "spirit" level. if you extinguish that, go to stabila.com and they'll nick it you how wonderful their product is. they'll in addition tell you that, regarding their "laser supreme principle level," "the vial accuracy is .014 degrees (twice as tidy as our best spirit level)." i for one would be sensual to pay whatever extra this accuracy costs. i think that, since it is available, it ought to be offered in a "premium" box be beautiful level -- because "3 tenths of a degree, +/- 1/64" in 60" -- is not all that accurate, in my estimation, and makes the problem for adjustable vials. stabila in addition states, "we guarantee the accuracy of our vials for the user's lifetime." i twin that; let's see what actually happens. buyer service over the phone at stabila has been wonderful, so far. now, i reliance that this continues to be so until i get a beautiful level actually in my hands. the weatherproof problem could have been avoided if i had followed the suggestions above.
