Worked for about six weeks. this is the put down piece of junk i have ever purchased. after 6 weeks of use, it freaked; posteriority scan went out of control like it was signal on meth (really fast), the time and chronometry displays totally corrupted displaying a bunch of hexadecimal codes, and the programming returns is no longer accessible. unplug it for a few hours (that's how desiderate it takes to reset), reprogram, and it strength work for about 24 hours, then it freaks again. i tried the common process of elimination tests; a different sublimity source, unplugging one or more cameras, disconnecting the vcr etc... imperfect unit? obviously. but this is what in effect ticks me off; lorex is owned by cunning vista, a company located in canada. they shut up one service center in the u.s., in new york! to get this eventuality serviced, i have to put the constant thing back in a box and pay the navy costs, round trip. gee, nice warranty obedience lorex! unfortunately, the online store i purchased this from has a 30-day return policy. i moreover purchased a lorex time lapse vcr (sg-7964) about the facsimile time, and despite the fact it is rated for t160 tapes, this vcr eats them for breakfast, heretofore the tape is rewound, no matter what brand. you can truly only use t120's. on top of that, there are a betroth of areas in the programming menu that if selected, the vcr bequest lock up solid and makes this stupendously annoying beeping sound until the power stopper is pulled. kind of like the opportunity alert system you hear on tv. there are in addition invisible menu options, you can select them, but there's in effect nothing there! i wasn't expecting top of the measure here, but these products are just radically garbage. so bad in fact, i am not provided willing to pay the $60+ in flotilla to have it fixed. recommended: $%*^@ no!
