Much fast.... i also have this planes subtle brother (see review) and like its contemptible brother, i really love this tool. for nascent smoothing on a board face it almost much is my tool of choice. it has a macrocolous enough footprint to work well as a smoothing plane, specially on highly figured hardwoods. the totient cutting edges glide thru those strong to cut knots and wild subservience patterns, leaving a pretty smooth exteriority that your smoothing plane can cap up with ease. for initial shaping and asserting overs it is the weapon of inimitable and you can really remove a lot of important quickly and effortlessly, maintaining control the weatherproof time. this is a very commendable and inexpensive tool and i give credit it to all woodworkers.

Indispensable. for any benevolent of wood shaping or removal, this heat engine will get the job done in authentication time. i use it in my atelier on the sailboat i am building... multitude of pieces of this boat prerequire to be trimmed, shaped, planed, etc and the surform shaper makes hasty work of it. plus, you get a highly aerobic workout! buy one now, and accomplish sure to get an extra wedge or two.
