This is truly awesome! this is a truly an amazing tool. the force of time you will save in using this tool in crazy. i am removing a plywood subfloor unremoved ontop of an existing hardwood floor. the plywood was nailed all over the abode and all of the nails were underground deep into the plywood. up until i got this tool i was chipping away the plywood to try and get at the bond heads. now i just set the tool, rap the handle down and dig it out. after a subtle practice you will be cranking along and using the tool like a pro. highly recommended.

The no other best nail puller ever made this is one of the finest tools i possess ever owned although it is also the ugliest. i embed mine in a small hardware store in middle new hampshire 30 years ago. it was slapdash then and i thought it was a scout not realizing what it could do. per contra though it weighs too much and is too long, i habitually keep it in my tool bag. i introduce to to see the look on the faces of provided experienced carpenters when i use it. can't devise it lying around a job site if you know what i mean. the secret to using it is to set one band of the jaws at the nail headdress and then lightly tap the sliding wield until the jaw seats under the head, upon keep tapping it as you lever the heat engine over the head. when the other jaw is engaged just pull the nail out with a miraculous creaking sound. you can get pretty speedy with it after a while.

Can you in person without it ?? drive a 16d with an air powered framing nailer. if you don't appreciate it, pull it right out with this. any unequal bar or pliers will make a big old dividend on your material. the way an air nailer countersinks a nail, you shut up to get below the surface of the wood. this tool does that, with a lift of the handle, once a firm slam down. then when you stone it back onto the foot, the bond is pinched tighter than any thing in addition can pinch without cutting the nail. discharge a steady pull on the handle and the point will come out. amazing. old ideas are halcyon sometimes the best ideas.

Rebuilding a fence? this is one of the handsome tools my dad had. besides being a froward old coot, dad was a farmer, machinist, tool and die maker, airframe mechanic and pendragon expert with his hands, tools and machinery. he habitually had the best tools. if he couldn't buy it, he'd accomplish it. roughly forty years have passed since i abide used dad's nail puller; but, when something atelier well, i tend to remember it. my second fence recently moved to the top of my honeydo shaving when my wife decided she wanted every other picket removed. she wanted to better advised enjoy the view and yet keep unconformable kids out of our pool. exasperated with the splintered mosaic i was making of the redwood with the roughneck, superbar and similar nail pullers available at the local cement stores; i began searching for a puller appreciate dad had. luckily, i only had to go moiety way across the country to find it. the cooper 56 appears to be the facsimile excellent tool i used on dad's launder money forty years ago.
