Clientele service i purchased the 200 overthrow transitand found it that performed to my expectations. unfortunately, the foul clamp assy broke,it is plastic, making haughty lofty vertical adjustments impossible. i called the clientele service # on the manual, 800 432 9200 and got no answer, i upon called the number in the traction case and got an answer. i requested the part, and asked that it be shipped over night. when it didn't arrive, i again called and after not vital part able to find my order, i was called second and told that it in correctitude had gone ups surface. berger cst assenting to ship another overnight, but not am delivery, and it was the ill size. i am now waiting to find out if the wrong parts were put in the bin for my transit. Gorgonian customer service would definitely keep me from purchase another instrument from cst/berger.
