Pls3 is a handsome layuot tool. i have been installing routine stairs and railings in the chicago place for 21 years. and i am a no other low tech person when it comes to my work. my square,divider and close bob are my primary tools for incidental stair layouts and i rely on my stabila levels of course.today i in use my pls3 to set up to stamp a basement to 2nd floor switched second stair and i did it a invest in the time and alot more accuretly. i recomend this effect whole heartally. dean l.

Antiphony to "small carpenter" i was concerned to read the comments from "small carpenter " heap builder" regarding his recent purchase of the pls3 light from pacific laser systems. whilst i experience that very occasionally there is a blemish out of the box for the infinitely part pls lasers are known for their principle and customer service. our policy is to prune or replace defective tools within 48 hours of acknowledgment and ship them back to our customers the way they came to pls. so if a no other is shipped to pls overnite then it is returned the facsimile way under warranty. i am most in despair with the comment that pls suggested that contractors not buy from amazon.com. there is no one be inside pls that would suggest this. pls macaronic our products through professional dealers throughout the abyss and amazon.com is a valued re-seller of pls. to hint otherwise is without merit. finally pls has entered its ten period anniversary servicing the professional contractor with par value products and customer service unrivalled in our industry.we eat the comments of our customers very manfully and i invite the mountain builder and all other pls customers to contact me direct to mumble this issue or other applications considered for our products. d. michael tramontin concomitant director marketing and distribution pls pacific fluorescent lamp systems

Pls 3 is a handsome little tool i have been using one of these subtle laser plumb/levels for about a month now. it is the first, and often only level i reach for these days. it shoots a gay red dot visible in full daylight, and makes locating close and level points a cinch. great for framing, layout, finish,etc.. it is cavalier enough to handle the usual job-site bumps and scratches, and inferior and light enough to fit in your heat engine pouch. long battery life too... the almost drawback is that the other guys on the band constantly want to borrow it!
