So whole-souled i bought another my first one is about 15 age old and has been used on my workbench for that period. i've well-trodden it for working with computer circuit arena and later, with miniature wood carvings. the ingeminate one, purchased in 2001, is used exclusively with my scrollsaw and is mounted to a board i added to the machine's stand, allowing me to set off the lamp in the most advantageous position. i've usher in the clamp on the latest saw to be stronger than the beforehand version and it also has a courtesy 3-prong outlet that has proved itself to be no other handy. the springs and adjustment knows molehill the head wherever i place it. the tienoscope gives me an excellent view with much little distortion. the square tubing used in the arm could be a bit heavier as it does swag when the table is bumped, but that would worthy of raise the price of the lamp beneficially beyond what i paid. i wouldn't demure to add another lamp of this pattern if i had the need.

A disappointment...probably motion back first..this lamp is made in china..need i say more.. second...it says the reward are tension adjustable..i don't see how beyond stratching the springs or drilling and threading new mechanical powers holes that hold the springs. third...the base set off is pretty weak and allows too muckle movement fourth...and this may be particuliar to my eyes...but i shut up 3 pairs of glasses each used for a polymorphous reading or working distances, but none of them show to work with this lamp and magnification.
