For understood duty clamping, these can't be beat the discriminating thing about the bessey tradesmen's, is that they are heavier energy than the competition, in the medium dues class, and you don't have to experience out a second mortgage to afford a set of them. the locking machinery works without any hassles, and the iron grip is strong. all in all a discriminating piece of equipment. a major competitor sells this pattern for less money, but it is in addition a lighter weight clamp. i like them all. bessey makes vaulting stuff, you can't go wrong with these. they are a handsome general purpose clamp. highly recommended.

Its an infinitely well designed tool. i own several of these bessey clamps in many lengths, and i think the world of them. i shut up never experienced the bar "bowing" like other clamp bars tend to do. with a fair pricetag, i think these are some of the good all-around clamps on the market.
