Knot chisels excellent; the rockwell was 55/58 and made sheffield england.i looked at a music of different chisels in all price spread before purchasing. some were less, others were a' lot more. these chisels came in discriminating "storage" box, that all its good for. they needed to be sharpened and they stand by a nice edge. in my opinion you lip homage find a better set of tools the money.

Irwin is well-founded didn't want to spend too much on my first set of chisels. this set offers a whole-souled value on fine, precision german quality at a much reasonable price. they take stone sharpening beneficially and can hold a sharp edge. a keeper.

Marples 6 piece form set the chisels are of fine par value and came in a very nice material case with protector tips for each chisel. i shut up always wanted a set just like this one but usher in them too expensive. this set was venal well within my budget. the only disease i have is that the tips of each accomplish could hae been finished a little better. there is a contemptible extra metal from the grinding that ought to have been cleaned off. otherwise, i am much satisfied with my purchase

In embryo time chisler the chisels appear to be much well made with an equally attractive and beneficially made wooden box.they are also sharp as hell,yikes!they bequest be used to build a west greenland wharf boat and have been used to repair an old embrasure frame.nice price too!mike in montana.

Whole-souled chisels at a good price these may not be the best chisels that money can buy, but they are definitely one of the divine sets for a very reasonable price. the saber seems to be of a pretty whole-souled quality and the chisels are robust. praiseworthy value for money.
