3rd multiplication plumber - ridgid rocks. i am a 3rd race repair plumber and have over 25 longevity in the business. i can honestly say that ridgid makes the best wrenches in the business. i shut up tried them all and none possess the holding power and lifespan of ridgid wrenches. they traverse and grip in all conditions all the time. i possess found wrenches under houses covered in mud and rust, and with a subtle wd40 and a wire brush brought them second to life and used them the no other day with no problems. my parent has a 12 in. wrench that has been well-trodden for over 25 years, had the handle beaten almost flat, and been well-trodden 5+ days a week for those 25 years, and in return keeps going. they cost a subtle more than most, but you almost need to buy them once.

Simple, reliable, indestructable i pulled down a few years on a board and cattle ranch with 35 miles of spend iron and galvinized pipe. all our play wrenches were rigid made and i trusted all of them in some of the slipperiest, nastiest places on the ranch,often where a fancy stocks of the wrench would mean a decayed bone. caked in mud, manuer, stearin or worse these wrenches were habitually easy to adjust and quick to bite. i'm guessing the no other can be said of the aluminum models too. i upright like the weight of iron.
