Clear-cut idea, piece of junk, unfortunate service these ladders are quite ingenious. a no other simple plastic fitting and steel pin locks the sections together as they are extended, and they progressively decay coming down. i've had 2. each lasted about a period of very light use. soon one of the locking trotters won't engage and its useless. the first one i sent back and they sent me a re-conditioned one. another month, the no other thing. i've called. they won't discount you a drawing of the mechanism to try and fix it or elucidate how it works, and all the pieces are press-fit so it's non-repairable outside the factory. they basically preceding "too bad". after taking it sesqui- i can see what i might possess tried for a fix, but too late. they in effect are unrepairable and the company was no help. deliver your money. too bad there is no "0" reward rating.

#1205 telesteps telescoping steps this is not the original telesteps made in sweden. it's a knockoff made in china. the marketing co. volunteer tell you the patent was bought by an american co. this is a lie. there is no admission and the real teleateps parts may or may not fit. the co. may shut up gone underground as they will not respond.

Unfortunate engineering i bought this ladder about 8 to 10 longevity ago to use in my business. be grateful goodness i haven't needed it that bis as after only a few uses, the soft sleeves that align the sections started unseating causing the perron not to be able to fully "nest". you can eat off the feet at the bottom and train the sleeves out until you get to the one that has unseated and gotten misaligned, restore it, which is not always easy, compound for all the others above, making sure that each one of them is properly seated, and it bequest then become useable again for a few upwards of times, if you're lucky. the idea here is unusual and when it works, it is a godsend. heretofore it doesn't, and it didn't with increasing frequency, it is completely the opposite. i did buy this perron quite some time ago and i would desire that this engineering flaw has been corrected.

Truckman the design was great; but the manufacturing was lousy. we curvature one <4 months ago and have well-trodden it no more than 10 times in lightning duty conditions; one of the latches is until now not locking, it appears that the dark plastic "gasket" has slipped for about 1/8-inch, it can not be coaxed reflexively in place. if you buy this product, arrive sure you register it with the manufacturer, you may prerequire to make use of the 1-yr warranty.

Much handy ladder we use this for spy-in-the-sky dish installation, and we are very pleased with its quality and durability. first we well-trodden the 10.5" version. however, we find the 12.5" semiology more useful. we highly recommend it to all of our vitrics installers. this is a light weight and graceful to store ladder. no need to train around long big ladders anymore. this bequest do for 90% of the jobs. divine regards sadoun satellite sales
