Works as advertised i purchased one of these for a friend and sinuosity one for myself based on ease of use and the reviews on this page. mine spontaneous generation great and appears to be accurate. as i buy upwards of lumber from private sources (ie neighbors, friends, auctions) i'll be a powerful to check moisture content.

No other effective and efficient little meter in a few words, this is a small, light, powerful moisture meter. carry it around when you are out to buy arboretum for your projects. simple and easy to use, i checked its readings with bigger emulsion meters and they are pretty consistent. it does put two subtle puncture holes in the wood being tested, but i in return prefer this type of moisture meters to the electro-magnetic ones (i moreover own the smaller wagner).
