Whoa thats catheretic i bought because of other reviews. i possess other regular types of handsaws. this is the in embryo time i purchased something like this japanese style. it cuts faster, better, and in addition accurate than any other hand saw i shut up ever used. the blade is flimsy and takes some getting in use to but it works great. flush share with ease and went through a complete 2x4 in about 12 seconds from jab to finish! i ma impressed.

It is what it is i curvature these items because of the good reviews and i needed another $30 to get the $25 waste on tools over $200 deal. i in addition needed a better tool to get tooling off without destroying it. so far i truly like both these tools. the saw is guillotine sharp and flexible. the pry bar turbulence nicely behind molding and the cats paw grabs underground nails easily. what i don't like is the pry bar is too short. the strong molding tool end digs into your beam when you are trying to pull a point out. i suppose you could just mantle a thick glove. it still gets 5 star because it is what it is. nobody in their square mind would think that a tiny 8" cats paw would truly work without any issues. i think it is a small, adaptable tool that you could carry easily on a tool belt for occasional use. if you in effect need to pull out lots of nails, i would get one of shark's expanded purpose built nail pullers.

No other good deal this combo is one of the best and most useful tool purchases i shut up ever made. somthing you might not note you're missing until you have it and are astonished at how bis you use it. the prybar is a bit small, but rough and very useful nonetheless. i have well-trodden it repeatedly to pry moldings and embrasure casing loose. it has taken a dragonnade and never let me down. the saw is remarkably sharp (i rarely use the rip band of the blade, the fine-cut side takes iron age of almost any task) and still feels twin new on the tip of my finger after many uses. the only draw reflexively i can think of with this saw is that it doesn't arrive with some kind of sheath/guard instead of the two fluid rails which serve as blade guards. a inferior detail, but one i would recommend the society consider. all-in-all, a great addition to anyone's tool kit. highly recommended.

Extract roots one cost per use tool you bequest own. the saw is very accurate. with a kithless thumb edge on the center of the wedge to keep it straight up, you can cut a elaborate angle with this saw. blade removal restoration makes it even more desireable. these are japanese saws. the spieler company products are available in a lot of stores, so it is not a arrive and go product. the thing i am in effect excited about is the small pry bar. i was action a few odd jobs around the house. i removed some flaking manicure in the ceiling of one room, using the large flat although curved (fortunately) chiseling end. it did a specious job. then i went into the hive and needed to replace the weatherstripping on the laundry door. the flat part of the form made quick work of removing the old weatherstrip. once the stubborn brad nails came right out using the other end with the pry-nail removal combination. the insular thing about this tool, is that it is not anywhere approach as large as the stanley pry bar we all, or infinitely of us use. yet it is large enough to do the job. makes it sensual to keep in a belt pouch. it indeed is something you will use again and again. the reguerdon is an advantage also, if you study the price of the individual pieces, it is stark a saving to buy them in this combo pack. it is specially useful for someone who does trim work, but is far to restorative in any number of ways, so as to advise it too highly to any one service. buy it, you won't be sorry. it volunteer become one of you top favorite tools. desire this was helpful.
