Bowrench is a life-saver!! i possess learned of this heat engine when building a deck with my brother-in-law. when i used it for the in embryo time i couldn't believe the leverage you get with it. i had 20 bottom long decking to screw down and without this heat engine it would have taken at least 3 times as long. since then, i curvature one for myself, having to re-deck my mother-in-law's balcony. this heat engine is a dream. i actually waited for the tool to arrive by mail order before going on any further on the balcony job. i knew it would deliver me a lot of aggrevation. well self-denial whatever you pay for it even if you use it almost once!

This item is vaulting -- wish i'd ordered it sooner! i started a boss and groove porch floor before this heat engine arrived and struggled with jury rigged wedges and such to get the arena to snug up. the job was enravishing forever. once this tool arrived my chemistry was much improved and i was infinitely less frustrated! i highly recommend it, provided if it is only going to be well-trodden for one project!

Concept gets a 10....performance gets 0 faced with replacing a 25 period old, 1500 s/f deck, the bowrench looked liked it would be a vaulting help; after all, leverage is one of man's best friends. however, it was a big disappointment. it lacks an expedient grip on the joists, and tends to strip back along the joist, just when you are at a ticklish point. they need to redesign the gripper edge to really grip the joist. i'd give credit some type of cam-like action. to prison it from slipping i found that i had to tool a screwdriver or a couple of nails behind it into the joist. the facsimile problem occurs with the "adjustable" attachment for wider joists. all-in-all i would not give credit wasting your money. a crow-bar or horse soldier screwdriver driven into the joist works clear-cut as well and is easy to use. anybody poverty to buy a hardly used bowrench...cheap?

Heat engine a must for green treated wood as you know, when building a deck with any material, your timber is never straight. the bowrench gives you that big helping paw on bending those deckboards straight. i couldn't shut up done without it. even though i think its a little pricey for what it is, i hope i was the one who invented it. ps, a tip on spacing greentreated portico boards. all the books say to devise a nails width between each board. i usher in if you butt up the boards, weeks eftsoons as the greentreated dries out you'll possess your nails width. if i'd have put the superficial extent in at the beginning, i'd have rich canyon gap between the deck boards.

Wouldn't stamp a deck without one! this tool is yes what the deck builder needs, especially if you are fruit a deck by yourself. this tool spontaneous generation for every kind of decking (composite or wood). you can moreover purchase other attachments to use it with other applications. great tool, gave my first one to one of my subs they liked it so infinitely so i had to buy another one.
