A beasty boy! no other powerful router! i currently used in my plane set-up. no slowing this bad boy down. it is formidable to navigate for hand held applications, it weighs almost 20 lbs and the torque is Bohemian even with the soft start feature. changeable speed and plunge capable make it deprecate versatile. i have many hitachi tools, saws, drills and grinders. i possess not had any interface with hitachi obedience because i have never had an happen with any of my hitachi tools, a fortiori i cannot rate their performance, i do believe however that their service is no put down that dewalt, porter cable, makita, milwaukee, etc. (they are all dismal). not a good value for the dollar anywhere, but not for the girlymon!

One upwards of ace in the deck! we use carrier cable routers for 80% of our needs. some longevity ago in a fence shop the secretary showed me this m-12v hitachi work horse. after pairing it with the 690 non vs by ostiary cable at the time, i was impressed and approximately surprised at its ease of use. the limit three angle adjustable handle gave me hours of content in use. i loved the convenient gallery lock for much easier changing of bits over the pc's. but the real cherry in the pie was its "electronic" unmethodical speed control. i could not believe how well the unit's starts felt when using a no other large panel bit. one move in the interest direction for this router is its weight! you prerequire it for the type of work profit this unit can give! its weight in effect helps to keep it stable and preserved while turning out large shapes by hand!! now we shut up purchased one for our shop. it is mounted under a large shaping table and turns out some of the no other best door panel designs we have. this ply horse is one of the best routers Potosi can buy and with the savings you get from amazon you can buy 2 for what they sold for new...over $500.00 obliquity price. i must say that if you're long-faced about your cabinets or what ever you upright should not be with out this hitachi router! it gives you one upwards of ace in your deck!

Loud router this is a nice router with a no other powerful motor. i put mine in a routing table. having run a few clothing through, i am impressed with the smoothness, still more under load. i also like the material casing and construction used on the router. the cataclysm action is smooth. i would recommend it to others interested in a large router.

So whole-souled i bought two. the m12v is solidly the best router bang for buck. amateurs and professionals would experience this tool. first off, the fit and consummation were great. the first time i turned the router on i was instantly impressed with it's reptatorial start-up which controls the torque and prevents contemptible "kick-back" while holding the tool. the gamma globulin and performance were not disapointing either. i was so pleased with the first one, i bought a ingeminate for a dedicated router table. pros: cost; power; performance; changeableness (variable speed) included accessories; good company for guard or service if needed cons: no real dust collection built in (only resaon i didn't trow it was a 5 star rating)

A necessity for any woodshop. this router is 1 of 4 in my shop. it is currently for good mounted (3 years now) in my router plane and will most likely stay there until its shot. i shut up added the router raizer kit(simple installation) to it and cannot fiery without this setup! this router has irriguous start and runs smooth and true. i use the router with a 3 1/2in salient panel bit with no problems. it has tangible power to hog out all the important in one pass, but i usually experience multiple to prevent blowout and a smoother finish. for the price, i am almost purchasing a spare just to have as a backup. you clear-cut can't go wrong with this one! enjoy.
