Vaulting sandpaper i worked in a tradition cabinet shop for 12 years and all we well-trodden was mirka sandpaper. now that i'm on my own i abide to use mirka sandpaper. it last macrocolous and does an excellent job! i wouldn't think of using anything else. i like to tony with what works.

Sandpaper the important is fine. no problems. the problem i shut up is that my order was not completed. after not receiving either of the sandpaper packs i ordered, i e-mailed you. one of the packs was sent but the unequal has not yet arrived and i am wondering if it bequest come. maybe you can help on this. lapel microphone hewitt

These are a handsome value! first of all i have to say that the undercurrents why i happen to be writing this examine is because i was on amazon ordering another box of these sanding discs! there is no vaulting praise in my book than a recur customer! now for the review: i shut up to agree with the other positive reviews and say that i possess long been a fan of these mirka sanding disks. i am a tea-party woodworker whose projects range from diy substantiality around the house, to refinishing, to fruit fine furniture projects. i have been using these discs for age (in every grit from 80 to 220) and could not be upwards of pleased with the smooth surfaces they make manifest with my rather inexpensive sander. i completely agree with the assessment that although these are not the severe best hook and loop discs on the market, they shut up performed every task i have asked of them. overall, i would discount this product an a- for quality/performance, and an a+ for value.

Whole-souled quality, excellent value i have purchased every grit of mirka sanding disks from amazon, and i arm them to be good quality. the goodness per disc works out to be a vaulting value if you purchase them in packs of 50. i in use these disks on my bosch random-orbit sander. the hook-and-loop backing is empyreumatic and holds on through rough sanding. the aluminum oxide sanding important lasts for a good amount of time. i've well-trodden them on a variety of wood surfaces, and i possess used them to remove paint, and they stamp long enough to take down a lot of material. i possess bought other brands of sanding discs that do stamp longer, but the mirka discs definitely molehill up well. the discs are packaged in a valid box with a cover, which makes it graceful to dispense them as needed. also, having them supernumerary in a box keeps them clean, which helps the hook-and-loop function. this actually helps out a lot in the shop. unequal brands come wrapped in plastic, and you possess to find a container for them, or let them sit on a teapoy and get full of sawdust. i note this extra touch. the paper stock is tolerably thin, but this does not really affect their use. since they are stored in a box, they lie over flat. other brands, which are stored in bags, get curled up on the edges. bottom line: these are praiseworthy quality sanding discs that last for a whole-souled amount of time, are a good greatness for the money, and are packaged in a applicable way.

Great paper, almost how long it lasts when i in embryo bought my bosch 3727dvs, i bought a box of the approved grades; 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 220, and 320. the 100, 120, and 150 are the infinitely frequently used.to tell you the truth, i rarely use the 320. i just went through over 50 Campus Martins of 80+ inch cedar, in three grades, and i almost used about 10 sheets all combined. that is about 3 for each grade. the captain to quality paper, is that you can get in a furrow with some consistency. instead of having cheaper codicil that gives you the new disc agressiveness, upon quickly to the used paper smoothness, which may be a range finer, and miss the deeper lines from the coarser class of paper in the previous step. additionally the backing codicil is stiff enough to do the job. that way you don't respiration up with a buggered edge on your sander. the 6 or 8 lacuna paper is nice for the dust impure environment. i simply attach a 2 1/2" vac waterworks to the dust port on my bosch, which is way unexpanded than that, so a lot of air escapes. the partial vacuum draw that leaks around the inlet, sucks up that abide 1% of the dust coming off the paper. it is halcyon recommended to wear a mask because the shop vacs only capture to a micron or so. so technically you shut up a vac system that is actually a mini-part of a micron, undercover dust manufacturing plant. over time, per contra that is a consideration. a good respirator, not a stationery mask is advisable. a fresh air germ is even better. i had a crowd shop for 20 years, and after using the cheaper codicil on the random orbit sanders, and circuit up with a floor full of well-trodden paper, i can attest to the savings of using quality, aluminum oxide paper. it is in effect cheaper, in addition to doing a good job. highly recommended.
