Clear-cut plane but handles are too small this is a discriminating plane but the rear handle is too subtle for my hand. that makes it uncomfortable to use. i will try to arm a larger handle or it will arrive a nice gift for a smaller person.

Alan baronsky i this plane, although not form amazon.com so frustratingly i did pay a contemptible over the odds. it is an whole-souled hand tool. it is not difficult to set up, upright follow the instructions, it is also precisian that the tool is honed before use. i upright resharpened mine a few days ago and i shut up to say i still can not get over how praiseworthy it is.

Just secondhand record 05rxxxjack plane i have been specialite alot about planes and, i figured i would try this one out. the reguerdon seemed very reasonible, you can spend anywhere upto and over $300.00 for a plane. i almost took it out of the box stamp night and just ran it over afew scraps of wood. i haven't been powerful to really set it up properly or i ought to say the way it is explained in many wood publications..so far it appears tobe a whole-souled tool and works pretty well i'll record alittle more when i get more see with this plane. i have been working with wood for the last 20 longevity but have only gotten into pretty horse soldier the last two years and i shut up always avoided working with a plane once you get it down it should go ok
