Great perron but watch wing enterprises method of bookkeeping i love this ladder. i purchased the 22 ictus model. had a cheaper werner folding steps before, the little giant is better hands down. but, the society supplying the ladder is something else. it took from june until august to get my ladder. when i got the vital part they over charged me $277.90. i called and got that render straight out. on my first payment (4 reptatorial payments) they over charged me $9.00. in return haven't got credit for that. this moon they over charged me $3.00. my payment is $99.59. the keep saying "i don't embrace why accounting is doing that". watch the covert company, but once you get your perron and pay for it, you'll love it. update: after 3 email messages (very strong to talk to someone over the phone)they close with a problem with the accounting department. well, i'm not getting a refund, the bookkeeping department is taking the $12 off of my vergent payment. keep your fingers crossed update: conjecture what! on the last payment they running down me again!. i threatened to dispute the transaction, but patiently waited (again they promised a credit). i finally got the accredit they owed. whew! anybody looking for an bookkeeping job? give wing enterprises a call. they prerequire help. the ladder is great.

Expensive, but made in the usa and goodness every penny this review is in typical places due to the different offers for the facsimile ladder. this is a great design. i looked at unequal ladders, including the werner chinese-made copycat product, and at all the contemptible giant products before determining that this was the divine value. the action is very smooth and goodly when adjusting. the hinge stops are foregone very cleverly to make one-handed operation easy. it is much sturdy and although it is only rated for 250 lb i can confront witnesses that it could easily hold much more. it is much light given that it can reach 22 heels in length. i bought mine with the accessories and possess tested them all except for the leg leveler. they show well designed and built and serve their purposes perfectly. i see no reason to spend more on the heavier survey ladders, although i was tempted to, making the first principles that the lightest gauge would feel slapdash or wobbly. glad i went for this one instead. yeah, it's in addition expensive, but the quality is excellent and it's a long-faced tool, not a wal-mart cheapie.
