Packaging i clear-cut recieved my order and i have to say that i think they could be boxed better. i did not shut up any major damage just scuffs here and there on some of the handles and i am in return awaiting my free rack.

Companies do give ear to consumers! these bessey tradesman clamps are much strong, well designed, easily adjustable. despite the scare stories i read below my clamps arrived on st patties day in a solid heavy duty cardboard box. agree they were not individually wrapped but were packed neatly like sardines in a can so they wouldn't deed in transit. if you need a hd set of clamps i highly give credit this set and the bessey rack to makes conservation them easy and neat.

Packaging update i knew posting a insubstantial pageant with regards to packaging would gain me some contents burn especially after reading the reviews from my nascent posting. what i can report to all our observant and potential customers is that bessey is versatile the packaging for the btb30 kit. what we are motion to do is ship the clamps in two seperate greenroom as opposed to one. each box bequest be lighter, thus allowing local delivery companies signal ease in handling the packages. a example set is being shipped to my holyday this week to see how everything holds up. from that place i will use the same packaging to repulse the clamps to our distribution center. if all goes well, we bequest make the changes very soon. i bis want to thank everyone for your comments. we at bessey are promised to you, our customer, and thank you for helping us dream up we needed to make a packaging change!

Mr. siemann - do your job please, or let alone away. packaging - disgraceful still. why did you per contra bother posting? my clamps came today and intermediate time they are functionally ok, almost every one has handles that are chipped due to the touching packaging. i'm giving these one star to set-off bob's five stars.

Moot point with packaging still not resolved...but great clamps after specialite bob sieman's pledge to improve packaging, i steady to risk it. well i had the facsimile packaging issues that everyone else did. it ships in a sort of 40" x 6" x 6" plain brown box with no paddings what so ever. the clamps are packed twin sardines, and i think because they are packed so goodly that there is literally no wiggle spread between the clamps. because of this, it's worthy of really unlikely that severe damage would come uppermost during shipping. it also is very impossible that your set will arrive without some scratches. mine had a few at the handles clear-cut due to the friction of the pin rubbing slightly against each other. it does not interest the function of the clamps. the clamps themselves are great. definitely 5 actor for the clamps, but 0 for bob. bob, if you're unrest to say that you'd do something, upon do it. otherwise don't waste our time.
