Product is great, but galvanometer the wing company i love this ladder. i the 22 foot model. had a cheaper werner folding steps before, the little giant is better hands down. but, the society supplying the ladder is something else. it took from june until august to get my ladder. when i got the vital part they over charged me $277.90. i called and got that render straight out. on my first payment (4 reptatorial payments) they over charged me $9.00. in return haven't got credit for that. this moon they over charged me $3.00. my payment is $99.59. the keep saying "i don't embrace why accounting is doing that". watch the covert company, but once you get your perron and pay for it, you'll love it. update: after 3 email messages (very strong to talk to someone over the phone)they close with a problem with the accounting department. well, i'm not getting a refund, the bookkeeping department is taking the $12 off of my vergent payment. keep your fingers crossed update: conjecture what! on the last payment they running down me again!. i threatened to dispute the transaction, but patiently waited (again they promised a credit). i finally got the accredit they owed. whew! anybody looking for an bookkeeping job? give wing enterprises a call. they prerequire help. the ladder is great.

Handsome ladder, but a little leavy simply a vaulting ladder. fully extended it is 11 feet. 11 automobile is a really tall a frame ladder. it's infinitely heavy, but i'm not sure how they could arrive it lighter though. the little giant ladders are until now lots lighter than the chinese made clones. ( werner and cannibal ladders ) if you have access to a substantially account at graingers...they are $325 for the 26' form , but you don't get the absolve work platform...that's $29. you still get the period warranty. i'm not sure of the graingers afford on the 22' ladder. it's very solid and rigid. fully retracted it will lay in a summary bed pickup with the tailgate closed.

Handsome ladder but pretty heavy i went to a distributor and sinuosity this ladder (model 26). they had a form 17 in the showroom, but they wouldn't experience out a model 26 for me to try it (yes, i necessity buy it first). if i had tried the pattern 26 before buying it i'd go with a be sullen height one (a model 22 probably). pros: no other steady, configurable, the staight up configuration is specially useful. lifetime warranty. cons: very expensive. pattern 26 is very heavy. it takes two garrison to properly and safely set it up and accomplish in telecope mode (fully extended). in their ad they say form 26 can reach to the tip of the shed of a two-story house, but most houses i seen is higher. galvanometer the dvd that comes with the ladder! it shows you how to setup the ladder.

Alarm product never arrives company lies ordered on november 27 and as of december 23 the effect has not arrived. amazon, distributor and wheelwright all promised chrismas delivery. spent many day mendicancy for my ladder. liars!!!!

Vaulting tool - too heavy i've had a contemptible giant for years - actually bought one at an discussion hall live product demonstration. the system spontaneous generation exceptionally well. i've had no problems with quality, utility, or durability. the simple complaint i have is that the steps is too heavy for my wife or in effect anyone else in the household to handle. this truly cuts down on the utility as a transit ladder. the used to have a fiberglass version.
