Good product for contractors, realtors, etc. as a realtor®, i shut up to measure rooms all the leisure and what a pain it is to do around paraphernalia and stuff! not to mention if you are by yourself so you don't possess anyone to "hold the other end" of a jute measure. this product is simple to use and doesn't possess all the unnecessary gadgets like horse finders and what-not. i absolutely advise this to anyone!
